Azan by Location helps users view prayer times, access Qibla features, and receive prayer reminders based on location. No account is required.
Information We Use
- Location (precise or approximate): Used to calculate prayer times, determine Qibla direction, and display local city information.
- Notifications: Used to send prayer-time alerts and reminders when enabled by the user.
How Data Is Stored
The app stores limited data locally on your device, including selected settings, last known coordinates, and recently fetched prayer times for offline display and scheduling continuity.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. The app may call third-party services such as prayer-time, geocoding, timezone, compass, or weather providers to deliver core functionality. These requests are used to service the app experience.
Your Choices
- You can deny location permission, but prayer-time accuracy and location-based features may be limited.
- You can disable notifications at any time in the app’s settings or in your device settings.
- You can use manual location selection instead of device location.
Children's Privacy
Azan by Location is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
